Dublin and Surrounding areas  - 2-4 business days -  30€    Co. Dublin, Kildare, Meath, Louth, Wilklow.

Dispatch and Delivery Times

Dispatch Timeframe: Bathpro aims to dispatch orders within 2-4 business days for Dublin and Surrounding areas and 3-7 business days Nationwide. However, there might be instances when products are out of stock, which could affect the dispatch timeframe.

For special orders or sizes, or products out of stock, please refer to each product page, the dispatch time for these items is up to 15 business days."

Notification of Delays: If there are delays due to products being out of stock, BathPro will inform you via email. Customers will then have the option to wait for new stock or choose an alternative item.

Priority Dispatch: If you need an item dispatched sooner, you can contact Bathpro, and they will try their best to accommodate your request.

Dispatch Confirmation: Once an order leaves the warehouse, customers will receive an email confirmation with details about the dispatch, including an estimated delivery time.

Recipient Presence: A recipient should be present upon delivery to sign for the goods and verify that the correct products were delivered without any damage during transit. Please inspect the items upon delivery and report any issues to us or to the delivery driver promptly.

 Failed Deliveries: In case of failed delivery attempts, re-delivery or additional charges may apply.

Returns and Refunds

BathPro accepts returns of unused and undamaged products in original packaging and resalable condition within 15 business days of receipt. Please refer to our separate Return Product Page for detailed instructions.

Please note that special order, sizes items or products customized to your specifications are non-returnable.
